So I’ve been busy…. Finals time.
Throw in on top of that Thanksgiving and getting ready for Christmas and you have someone who is woefully unable to blog. I don’t have a lot of time today either. But I wanted to say hello and that I’ll be around to read and visit later — after I get some of my work done.
Right now I’m working on a PowerPoint presentation on a children’s author/illustrator. I’m doing Gerald McDermott — who if you ever are looking for Children’s books, I highly recommend some of his. I have to have a reflection paper that goes along with this…
I also have a book file that needs to be completed. At least 40 books with curriculum applications and etc. etc.
And finally a research papers that is 10-15 pages on the Pueblo Indians and education.
Yup. My fun meter is pegged now.
We went hiking in the Polipoli forest — Redwoods here on Maui…cool huh? I have pictures, but guess what??? I haven’t had time to upload them!!
Hopefully I’ll be done soon and can spend some time on here, but right now I gotta go… Have a great week everyone!

It always gets busy this time of year and then add schooling to that and it makes for one busy woman. Glad you were able to steal away a few minutes anyway. :sunny:

Homework, that sounds like loads of fun…what degree are you working on?
I have 4 finals myself…not fun. Maybe I should at least start studying for them…geezz…I’m not one to shop on black friday either. I tried online but the site crashed so I was SOL. Probably a good thing though…I didn’t really have the money anyway.
I looked at George Mcdermott’s book selection and they look pretty interesting. I’ll have to check him out.
I think I understand, we have 2 girls nearing college finals week around here too, so I wish you well with the end of semester stress week.
Hang in there, we’ll love to hear from you when you can-will this be your last semester or are you having a few years to go?

Wow! I feel ya though!!! I have been extremely overwhelmed for some time now. I’m excited this year because my school is giving us a X-mas break for two weeks. Last year we didnt have one. Alex expressed her excitement about that, lol. She was happy that I wouldnt have to get on the computer or do homework this X-mas.
