Hooray for Wednesday ~ NOT!
I feel gross. Just that gucky not happy kind of feeling. Like — I’d get sick all over myself if this felt just a little stronger. Been feeling this was since last night. Bleh. Here’s my thoughts on that.

Managed to get my paper done. 7 pages, 6 references. A paper about my personal identity. Exciting stuff — everyone wants to know what makes me tick. Kind of like taking a lovely stroll down by the drainage ditch. All kinds of fanscinating stuff ends up there.
Hubby did not make Chief and we are all OK with that. We are done. We are past done. You know the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel? We been staring at it so long we are blind and it will take years out in the daylight to get our senses back. So from now on it’s Mr. not Smsgt and look out NM here we come (OK, OK … here we come eventurallly….in another 9 months or so)
.
So since I’m obviously low on fun and high on (well that’s my secret), I’m off to spend the remainder of my evening rotting my mind with pop culture in the form of trashy TV shows. Have a great night everyone!
Question of the day:
Favorite saying??

Hope you feel better!

Funny post! Well, I tend to stress just a little, lol, so….I like the saying – Put it in a bubble and blow it away!!!
I hope you feel better :sunny:
Have a nice day
Heheheh “what if the hokey pokey IS what it’s all about?” That’s hilarious!!
Sorry it’s been a day. I’m fresh out of witty sayings right now. I’ll try to remember one and come back
Hang in there.
And because of N not making chief NM will be added to our dream sheet.
Are you seeing this butterfly effect?
crack whore.
Thats my fave saying. I’m not calling you one.
today anyways…
Sorry about hubby. Enjoy Hawaii while you can. Is NM home for you?
I’m trying to think of a favorite saying. How about “What comes around goes around.” I live by that one.
Hope you get past the yucks with nothing worse. I’m not sure I have one favorite saying, but a few of my favorites are:
“I will not, will not with a goat.” by Dr. Seuss in Green Eggs and Ham
“Teenagers scare the living shit out of me.” by My Chemical Romance in “Teenagers”
“Sorry, but I don’t speak DUH!” from my 14yo daughter.
Too early in the AM for me to be witty. Love the post. Sorry he didn’t make chief but I know you guys want to get back to the mainland pronto. Oh I just thought of one. “there’s a reason for everything”
Going to ship your stuff today. Hopefully.
Want to ship today since tomorrow is a holiday. How is public school going?
Oh, honey. You really are having a rotter of a day, huh?!
Favourite saying …. hmmmmm …. I’ll get back to you on that! You just go put your feet up, open a bottle of wine and enjoy a night infront of the box with hubby!
Adam Ant was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sexy!!!!!!
Hope you are feeling better, seems to be something going around Xanga…must be a computer virus!
OK, I know that was bad.
Favorite saying currently: “Wonder what that’s like?”
I bet you are anxious for retirement, but I wonder if you’ll miss Hawaii. Glad you’re ok with him not making chief.
I’m sorry to hear you feel crummy. Nothin like the tube to make you forget yourself for a few hours. I hope you’re better today.
My mom had all kinds of sayings, most I wouldn’t repeat as they were off-color, but some are kind of funny so I’ll share. (though they aren’t my favorites, they are humorous and you seem to need a dose of humor.)
She sticks to him like stink on poop
(An expression after upsetting news) He is going to sh_t a brick when he hears that! (you fill in the vowell-for my kids, I change the word to ‘poop’)
I pray you get feeling better.
Thanks for stopping by and by all means copy away
Lately my most used saying is “Good luck with that.” Hope you are feeling better.
