Think Pink
So… oldest dd colored her hair yesterday. And as you might expect, she didn’t go brown, black , blonde or red. She went PINK. I think it looks great! Her friends came over yesterday and helped her. She didn’t bleach it out first and just did streaks and the back pink, so it really looks magenta. She would have gone solid pink, but her boyfriend didn’t want her to dye it at all.
I like her boyfriend, he’s a nice kid, but he’s starting to irk me.
I’m sure they’ll work it out. Silver_Fangz is bright, attractive, friendly, and strong-willed. I don’t think that she will let a boy make her decisions for her. She’ll figure it out, she’s a smart kid. My only concern is that she stays true herself and doesn’t give up any of her spirit and individuality. One good thing is that she has great friends and they are willing to stand up with her, no matter what. They are also willing to turn her hair pink and eat me out of house and home –
I guess that what teenagers do huh?
I wold love to dye my ends purple/magenta/pink — but I think I’m too old and it would be lame. <sigh> I hate aging — in my mind I’m still 20. If only my body would get the message.

I would love to see a pic of this hair job… younger people can always pull off things. I bet she looks fab.
Belly dancing… I would have loved to belly dance; before the stretch marks, flab, etc.
Get a little tattoo near my ankle or someplace else inconspicuous. My husband would not like that at all and I think I’m too old for it, too.

I love all of those shows, too. I wanted to be a lawyer at one point, so I like all the law & order, ncis, and I was a huge JAG fan. I really need TIVO though. I gave up watching NCIS last night because my son loves Deal or No Deal! What happened to Jethro? Is he still gone?
How fun, coloring your hair pink. I remember helping my daughter color her hair purple. It was beautiful.

OMG did you love NCIS? I think the probie is up to no good. Abby was a bit weird though. Glad Jethro came back. I think they will eventually phase him back in. Thank god. LOL.

I have always wanted to get my belly button pierced. I was vetoed though. Maybe a small tattoo at the ankle. Not to drastic.

so anyways. the reason i shall not add you on myspace is that…there is no reason. i just dont want to. it’s a privacy thing. us teenagers have these crazy things that go on in our heads. lol.
and yeah, my hair is freaking cool. i’m thinking of stealing pila’s blue and using it when the pink wears out – or maybe gigi’s red. i dont think i’ll be satisfied with just plain brown again for a while!
oh yeah, and in answer to your teacher-y, thought-provoking, question-of-the-day, i’ve always wanted to PEIRCE MY LIP but i can’t becaues my parents are nazis and i’m not EIGHTEEN yet.

My neighbor who is 48 got a tattoo and her belly button done. Only live once so why not do something you really want.
