New Year’s Resolutions

So I’ve seen some sites with New Year’s Resoulutions. I’ve decided I should write mine down — who knows……… maybe I’ll actually keep some of them this year!
1) Eat healthier — planning on going heavy on the veggies, light on the meat, very low starches and adding fish and seafood (for those of you who know, you know that last one is HUGE!!).
2) Set a good example for my girls — by doing 1, and managing my frustration, and staying motivated for exercising and doing my work.
3) Go to the beach at least once a week.
4) spend more time with the family, less time with the TV and computer.
5) GET HEALTHY and stay that way!
Ok, 5 things, enough to work at. Don’t want to sabatoge myself by making unreasonable demands and unachievable goals. There are more things I want to accomplish and learn. I think I will make a life goals list.
There are so many things I want to do….
Parachute, learn a second language, see New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Italy, and South America, hang glide, snow board, learn html, barrel race, learn to play the drums… the list goes on and on. Maybe I’ll pick one a year and work on it, if I get that one done, I’ll move on.
With out goals and dreams, I think we are just hamsters running in a wheel.
What goals, plans and dreams do you have?
