  • Yesterday was spent primarily grocery shopping. what fun huh? These that I live for! Whoo–hooo, everybody Par-tee!

Hubby headed off for an hour of surfing before heading off to work. He is working on the AMOS convention, which is evidently a really big deal. Lots of big wigs and DVs. What fun huh? Course the upside is he is staying at the Grand Wailea for the week and we reserved the room for next weekend. The have a water slide park with a 1,000 water slide and a water elevator. Grand….. here we come!!

Squirt’s new curriculum has come in and she can officially begin 6th grade next week. We purchased the new book by Christopher Paolonini and I can’ wait to read that. We crafted Friday and have just about finished our Santa moons. I am enjoying the tole painting and wood crafting. I have lots of projects I would like to do. One that I already talked to P. about is building a craft armoire. If I was in the states I could order the one I want from target.com, but guess what??? They don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Ahhhhh… one more benefit to living in paradise.

At least for awhile we are not the highest gas for a change. Although I feel really bad for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The ladies are putting on a burger burn and bake sale the benefits to go to the Hurricane relief. I wish we could do more. There is so much need  there…..

Other than that, no much to write about on this end. Just the everyday boring hum drum stuff of a stay at home mom.
