Hope everyone’s Christmas was Merry
Just a quick note. I’ve been so swamped – Duckman arrived Friday morning, we left Saturday for my parents house. They have dial up- not only that but their phone lines are ancient, so their dial up sucks for dial up. Needless to say, I don’t spend any time online at their house because it just irritates me. Christmas was wonderful and all went well. The girls were happy, we were happy, the parents and sister and niece and nephew were happy – it was all good. Lot’s to talk about, pictures of my decorations to post, and lots of catching up with my friends and subs — but can’t do it right now. Why? Well we are getting ready to leave again! That’s right. We got home last night, and leave tomorrow. We are heading North this time for some skiing with the hubby’s family. I’m looking forward to it, although I haven’t skiied in about 4 years, I’m hoping I remember how!
One more quick note though – guess what came in the mail today?? Come on — you can do it, guess??

My California Credential! Woot. Look out APS – here I come!

Have fun on the ski trip! I can’t imagine using dial-up anymore. I dealt with that for years before DSL became available, and then we just recently moved into a high-speed cable area. I’m sure even DSL would suck now. LOL

I’m glad that you are back home but how fun to leave again as you go and become a snow bunny. I can ski worth a darn so I don’t try. I hope to meet you soon in person.
Can’t wait to see some Christmas pic’s :big-smile: ryc: other than the movies ds bought me. Dh spoiled me rotten, I got earings, a digital frame (which I wanted bad), a camera, and some other small stuff. The BIG gift was a Land Rover, very nice, fully loaded with things I’m STILL trying to figure out. Navigator, on board computer, 3 sunroofs, it’s very nice. :big-smile:
